Lulu & Minnie

 In the end of May Lulu entered to the agility competitions in 28 of May (in Vastse-Kuuste). It was still in the  unofficial A0 class, where the courses are shorter and easier and only jumps and tubes are used. We ran on 2 courses. On first course we got an refusal on the start, but the second course was clean run. Prizes were given on the results of 2 courses combined. We got 1st place!

 We are back to competing! First we went with Orr and Lulu to unofficial rally-o competition in Lohkva in 22 May  LULU RK1 class, where Lulu got 99 points on the first course and 1st place! 96 points on the second class with 4th place.  I have to say that because it was unofficial competition then using treats was allowed and thats why we got very good results ;) ORR Orr participated in veteran class and he won both courses with 98 and 97 points.  Both Orr and Lulu had the best combined score (195 points) of all dogs in the competition! And there were a lot of prizes!!

 In march we had the green lights to go back to our trainings! Yesss! Lulu was waiting this soo long! Trip to Pärnu: Silly Lulu: My beautiful Orr: Lulu is all grown up!

First months of 2022 went by recovering from the surgery. So that meant on leash movement and no training. From beginning of the year Lulu started physiotherapy and home exercises.   In the end of February the dogs got a spring haircuts Happy Orr

 Our December spent in treating Lulu. So, Lulu managed to break her back leg knee cruciate ligament on the evening of 26th November. Next day we went to the vet clinic where the suspicion of this diagnosis were put. We managed to get to the orthopedist already on the 29th November who confirmed the diagnosis. Doctor said that the only cure is operation, that was planned on 14th December. So 2 weeks we had to wait for the operation, during witch Lulu got quite used to the bad knee, even to the point that she managed to jump on the bed...! Operation went well. On the evening of the operation Lulu was confused and in pain so there was lot of crying and complaining.   next day she still felt very bad, but was using already the operated leg. The second day she started to feel better and already on 4th day after the operation she wanted to play.
